Many years ago Chibi, a multi talented frenchie joined our workforce at The Kitchen Club. Soon there after she opened - Chibi’s Sake Bar - delighting guests with her skateboarding skills, and inspiring us to develop a recipe in her honor- these elegant artisanal & individually pressed wafers are made with only the very best and fresh ingredients.
